According to official statistics, 40-50% of P.D cases suffer from psychological problems. We focused on hallucinations and delusions. One of the causes of these symptoms is the side effects of anti-Parkinson's drugs, especially Levodopa or... the solution is to reduce or even stop these drugs. We reached these results among the patients we had under medical supervision so far, which was very remarkable for us.
The statistics of our patients are reported between %11 - %13. The reason was that these patients lived in social environments, their level of social life was very high in terms of education and social relations and they had close relationships with each other. And we can almost say that the stresses that exist in all social communities were very, very low in these communities. And the type of stress was different for them and those who provided services to them outside the medical field.
These patients were monitored by the medical staff even without complaining about their condition, and at the same time, while providing medical services, all their questions and doubts about the disease and its complications and ways of control were discussed and guided. Simply speaking, they always felt that there are those who support them without even asking for it.
We have tried to present Mr. William Gasser's newly proposed theories, which means that every psychological patient chooses to be sick and stay sick because he pays a lower price for this work.
